The Solutions
- Every business unit in the Federal Government should have an action plan.
- Implement the Great Place to Work program throughout the Federal Government.
- Abolish public employee unions at the Federal level by issuing an executive order.
- Create Level 5 Leaders throughout the Federal Government.
